Holiday weeks and weekends: (Thanksgiving, Christmas thru New Years, President’s Day weekend, Easter weekend, July 4th weekend, Labor Day weekend, Valentines Day weekend) – a minimum stay of two or more nights is required. No discounts apply during holiday periods.
Trip Planning - Trip Insurance Recommended: When you book your reservation far in advance, or if you believe that you may encounter health or family emergencies, it is wise to pruchase trip insurance for a small fee that will cover the costs of your trip if you have to cancel for many valid reasons (health problem, family emergency, etc). We offer trip insurance when you book through our online reservation system. Or if you book your reservation in person by telephone we can also add trip insurance to your reservation folio.

Payment Types: We do accept cash, checks or credit cards (American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard) for payments.
Advanced Payment Required: We collect an advance payment of either the first night’s room charges or of 50% of the estimated room charges for longer stays, whichever is greater at the time you make your reservation. Your reservation is not confirmed until we receive your advance payment that guarantees your reservation.
Group Tours: We charge 50% of the room charges to hold the reservation. The remaining room charges must be paid in full at least 60 days in advance of the reservation. We will contact the tour operator to confirm the reservation prior to charging the remaing balance. We will automatically add trip insurance to group tours if the tour itself does not include trip insurance for its participants.
For Reservations for multiple rooms or multiple nights (more than 3 nights) we will charge the remaining balance 30 days prior to the reservation. We will automatically add trip insurance to reservations for multiple rooms and for stays greater than 3 nights.
Arrival and Departure: Guests are welcomed and may check-in between 4:00-6:00 p.m. Prior arrangements can be made for early or late arrivals. For arrivals prior to 2:00 pm we charge a $20.00 premium. Check-out is 11:00 a.m. For check-outs after 12:00 noon, we charge a $20.00 per hour premium for each additional hour or portion of an hour. Guests who have not checked-out by 2:00 pm will be charged a full extra night’s lodging.
Well behaved children 12 and over are welcome.
Due to insurance restrictions we are no longer able to accommodate pets. We can provide you with information about local pet boarding near our Arizona lodging if you need to travel with your pet.
We treat all of our guests with dignity and respect. We expect that all of our guests will show similar respect for us in our home, for our other guests, and for our facilities. We reserve the right to deny service or entry into our home for any person or persons who do not adhere to this standard.
Casa de San Pedro is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is never permitted in guest rooms, nor in any of our inside areas nor in the courtyard. We do permit smoking outside of the building in a designated smoking area that is over 20′ from the entrance to the building. Guests who do not adhere to this policy will be charged a $500 cleaning fee for each incident or day that a guest chooses to violate this policy, and they will be asked to find other accommodations.
