Our Arizona Lodging Rates and Services

If you have any questions or have special requirements, you are welcome to call us toll free at 1-888-257-2050. We offer many special services to guests at our Arizona lodging. We are also happy to help you plan a visit that will enable you to see and experience the magic of Southeastern Arizona.

2013 Inn Rates:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

All rates are for double occupancy, in either a room with one King Bed, or in a room with two Double Beds. Additional guests beyond one or two in the same room = $25/day per person. All rooms have private bathrooms with showers. Your reservation always includes a complete gourmet breakfast service. Home baked snacks, tea and coffee and tea also provided.

Room Rates (2013): Generally we require a minimum two night stay at $169.00 per night, plus tax, double occupancy. Occasionally we have a single room night available between other reservations. Single night stays: $179.00, plus tax. If you wish to make a single night reservation please call us to request a one night stay. Our online reservation system will only permit you to book stays with a minimum of two nights.

King or double room, nightly rate:
Single night: $179 per night plus tax ($189.83 with tax);
Multiple night stays: $169 per night plus tax ($179.22 with tax )
Extra guests in a room (over two): $25 per night
Weekly rate, any seven nights: $1,120 plus tax, ($1,198.96 with tax included).
Extra nights for weekly guests: $160 plus tax.

2014 Inn Rates:

Room Rates for 2014:  Starting in 2014 we are moving to a Seasonal Pricing model below.  This is the first time we have increased room rates in 5 years.  While we hate to raise room rates, we also have to cope with higher property taxes, food costs, employee costs, insurance costs, etc, etc.  If we want to stay in business and be here for you, we have to keep pace with the business realities of the market.  To ease that burden a bit we have continued our five year old room rates in the off season rates (Regular Season) below.  We hope you will understand our desire to be financially viable and to be able to continue to add to the experience you will have at the Casa.

Prime Season Rates:  March 1 through May 20:

  • Rooms 1 through 10 - $185 per night, plus tax, double occupancy. Minimum 2 night stay.  For single night stays when available, add $15 plus tax.  Extra persons in the room:  $25 plus tax each.
  • Room 11, King Suite - $300 per night, plus tax, up to 4 guests included.  Breakfast optional. Minmum three night stay required.

Holidays:  Thanksgiving Weekend, Christmas to New Years, and July 25 through August 15:

  • Rooms 1 through 10 - $179 per night, plus tax, double occupancy. Minimum 2 night stay.  For single night stays when available, add $10 plus tax.  Extra person in the room, add $25 plus tax per person.
  • Room 11, King Suite -  $289 per night, plus tax, up to 4 guests included.  Breakfast optional. Minimum three night stay required.

Regular Rates:  All dates other than the above:

  • Rooms 1 through 10 - $169 per night, plus tax, double occupancy, Minimum 2 night stay.  For single night says when available, add $10 plus tax.  E?xtra person in the room:  $25 plus tax/person.
  • Room 11, King Suite - $270 per night, plus tax, up to 4 guests included, Breakfast optional. Minimum three night stay required.

Policies:

Cancellations

When you make your reservation you are guaranteeing your use of the room and payment in full for the reservation, whether you arrive for your reservation or not. Our cancellation policy provides a full refund of your advance payment if notice is made at least 30 days prior to the reservation date, less a $25.00 service charge. No refunds are made if the reservation is cancelled with less than 30 days notice. Guests are responsible for paying the full room rate if no cancellation is made at least 30 days in advance.

Changes in reserved dates

We will make every attempt to accommodate last minute changes to your travel arrangements. Our ability to make changes is subject to room availability. Changes to your reservation may affect the quoted room rate. We guarantee your room when you make a reservation with us by making an advance payment, and you are guaranteeing that you will utilize the room and pay the full charges when you make the reservation. We often must turn away reservation requests since we are a premium destination and a premium lodging. Unlike airlines we do not overbook. However, just as airlines do not refund your airfare when you cancel at the last minute, we are also not able to refund your advance payment if you cancel at the last minute. Late cancellations generally do not give us the opportunity to rebook the room that you have guaranteed to use and pay for. We make every effort to work with you to reschedule your reservation if you give us at least 30 days advance notice (see Cancellations, above), and without those  “airline” rebooking fees.  Also we suggest that you purchase Trip Insurance if you feel you may have to change your reservation dates or may have to cancel your reservation with out at least 30 days advance notice.

Holiday weeks and weekends: (Thanksgiving, Christmas thru New Years, President’s Day weekend, Easter weekend, July 4th weekend, Labor Day weekend, Valentines Day weekend) – a minimum stay of two or more nights is required. No discounts apply during holiday periods.

Trip Planning - Trip Insurance Recommended: When you book your reservation far in advance, or if you believe that you may encounter health or family emergencies, it is wise to pruchase trip insurance for a small fee that will cover the costs of your trip if you have to cancel for many valid reasons (health problem, family emergency, etc). We offer trip insurance when you book through our online reservation system. Or if you book your reservation in person by telephone we can also add trip insurance to your reservation folio.

Payment Types: We do accept cash, checks or credit cards (American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard) for payments.

Advanced Payment Required: We collect an advance payment of either the first night’s room charges or of 50% of the estimated room charges for longer stays, whichever is greater at the time you make your reservation. Your reservation is not confirmed until we receive your advance payment that guarantees your reservation.

Group Tours: We charge 50% of the room charges to hold the reservation. The remaining room charges must be paid in full at least 60 days in advance of the reservation. We will contact the tour operator to confirm the reservation prior to charging the remaing balance. We will automatically add trip insurance to group tours if the tour itself does not include trip insurance for its participants.

For Reservations for multiple rooms or multiple nights (more than 3 nights) we will charge the remaining balance 30 days prior to the reservation. We will automatically add trip insurance to reservations for multiple rooms and for stays greater than 3 nights.

Arrival and Departure: Guests are welcomed and may check-in between 4:00-6:00 p.m. Prior arrangements can be made for early or late arrivals. For arrivals prior to 2:00 pm we charge a $20.00 premium. Check-out is 11:00 a.m. For check-outs after 12:00 noon, we charge a $20.00 per hour premium for each additional hour or portion of an hour. Guests who have not checked-out by 2:00 pm will be charged a full extra night’s lodging.

Well behaved children 12 and over are welcome.

Due to insurance restrictions we are no longer able to accommodate pets. We can provide you with information about local pet boarding near our Arizona lodging if you need to travel with your pet.

We treat all of our guests with dignity and respect. We expect that all of our guests will show similar respect for us in our home, for our other guests, and for our facilities. We reserve the right to deny service or entry into our home for any person or persons who do not adhere to this standard.

Casa de San Pedro is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is never permitted in guest rooms, nor in any of our inside areas nor in the courtyard. We do permit smoking outside of the building in a designated smoking area that is over 20′ from the entrance to the building. Guests who do not adhere to this policy will be charged a $500 cleaning fee for each incident or day that a guest chooses to violate this policy, and they will be asked to find other accommodations.
